2024 Budget Proposal
Notes on the budget before review:
-The 2024 budget was built with a very conservative income estimate. This is because we have been in our new campus for only five months.
-The church has a healthy savings position. Total cash position for the church as of Sunday March 10th is about $290,000.
-When we first moved into our new campus, we had a two-year “runway” to become financially stable. In other words, if giving (income) did not increase, we had two years before running out of money. The “runway” is now more than 8 years.
-The proposed budget includes a 4% cost-of-living raise for all church staff members. This was decided by the Treasurer and non-vocational elders. No staff members were involved in this determination.
