Overview of Pastoral Role

This pastor will work alongside staff & elders and will lead through leaders to sustain a culture of discipleship.

Pastoral Responsibilities

• Shepherd the church through leading, discipling, counseling, and preaching
• Equip and develop ministry leaders
• Oversee theological alignment of church ministries
• Be invested and involved in the culture of Seed Youth, Seedlings, and Gospel Communities
• Assist in weekly care of the church property and resources

Associate Pastor Responsibilities

• Guard, champion, and promote the vision and values of the church’s Seedlings, Seed Youth, and Gospel Community ministries
• Oversee the direction, protocols, and resourcing of the church’s Seedlings, Seed Youth, and Gospel Community ministries
• Shepherd and support the servant leaders of the church’s Seedlings, Seed Youth, and Gospel Community ministries
• Connect parents and servant volunteers to the Seedlings and Seed Youth ministries
• Lead through practical shepherding and occasional preaching & counseling
• Inspire a culture of relational discipleship
• Cultivate a culture of youth involvement in the church body
