Pastoral Staff
Ryan McCoskey
Lead Pastor & Planter
Ryan planted The Seed Church in early 2012. He serves the church through preaching, leadership, and vision. He and his wife, Ashley, have three boys: Connor, Blaine, and August.
Mark Miller
Associate Pastor
Mark has led church ministry for 20 years and became a full-time pastor in 2014. He serves the church through worship leadership, liturgy, and administration. He and his wife, Amy, have three children: Jonah, Melanie, and Autumn.
Parker Dane
Associate Pastor
Parker joined the staff at the Seed in January 2025. He serves our church by providing leadership to our discipleship and family ministries. He and his wife, Kandace, have been married since 2018 and have two daughters: Charlotte and Stella.
