Every healthy church must provide opportunities to “gather” and “scatter.” We gather on Sunday mornings at North High to worship together. Throughout the week, we scatter across the city in missional community groups.
Gospel community groups (GCGs) are small groups that exist to provide a place for intentional community and organic mission. Intentional community means that we use these groups to connect to others, build relationships and serve one another. We are relational beings, and God has not created us to live in isolation.
Organic mission means that we use these groups to introduce people to authentic Gospel community. GCGs are not just for Christians – they’re for all people. They provide a place for Christians to organically build relationships with people who have yet to understand God’s grace through Jesus Christ.
